THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DIE
Dear reader, this is what will definitely happen when you die. Wait! Calm down. Don't say, "God forbid!" Everybody, including me, will die one day. See, one of my friends who also said "God forbid" with a frowning face, full faith, and a back-to-sender response just died some two weeks ago. So, dear reader, death is real. Don't allow it to meet you unprepared. Start preparing for it now by identifying with Christ and doing away with sin.
The following will surely take place when you die:
1. When you die, some people will be happy, some people will be sad, some people will only cry for a minute or two, and some will mourn for days.
2. When you die, some of your friends will be too busy to attend your funeral, while some of your friends who will attend your burial will not come near your coffin.
3. When you die, the only people who might touch your coffin are your mother and perhaps your wife (from my village experience), but the rest will stand very far. But also note that your mother and wife, who willingly touched your coffin, will not be willing to join you in your grave. Have this in mind.
4. Those who were happy when they heard that you were dead will now take over your position in office, inherit your properties, claim your wife, maltreat your wife and children, or send your wife and children away from your own house.
5. One week later, after your funeral, all your friends, including your spouse and family members, will forget about you and move on with life.
6. This point is very important. Please read it slowly. When you die, you will not reincarnate. When you die, you are not relocating to another country like Dubai, Canada, or California. When you die, you will face God's judgment, which will determine if you are going to rest with Him in heaven like Lazarus or meet the Devil in hell, where you will cry, weep, and gnash your teeth like the biblical rich man.
Dear reader, if your friends will be afraid to come close to your corpse or forget about you so quickly, why did you allow them to talk you out of the church—a place that will mold you for heaven?
Maybe you were not aware, but I believe you will be aware now that when you die, those your friends you allowed to influence you negatively at the expense of your salvation will not be willing to join you in the grave.
Do you know that some of your friends who have voluntarily destroyed your relationship with God might repent later and become Heavenly candidates, while you, who left God and died a long time ago, will suffer in hell?
Life is too short; please look for God.
Life is too short; don't leave God.
Life is too short; don't stop doing good.
Life is too short; don't allow anyone to talk you out of God's presence. Allow them to laugh at you for being with God. But don't allow them to influence you negatively enough to leave God.
